Srijati Foundation is an action-research-driven implementing organisation with a special focus on skilling ecosystems in India. We map ACZ wise skilling ecosystems, identifying emerging skills, cultural barriers, opportunities for funding, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, implementing skilling programmes, designing appropriate skilling missions for state and central agencies and going deeper into the skilling space to uplift the rural life and livelihoods of the people
